I wore multiple hats for this project. Food retailer, Portillo’s, was seeking comedic content around their famous chocolate cake, so we were hired for concepts and execution. As project manager, I guided the project through from start to finish. In addition, I produced and co-wrote the original music and lyrics and performed the vocals.
